BCI/Acton ECan Regional Policy Statement Submission August 23
ECan has started a long process to update its Regional Plan. This will take several years, and many steps. BCI is actively working on positioning irrigation and submissions on this process. However, note that this process will run until 2028.
Shareholders will have seen BCI working alongside other irrigation schemes and mid-Canterbury groups to develop a submission to ECan’s consultation on the new Regional Policy Statement. Copies of the submissions from BCI and the wider mid-Canterbury community can be found here:
