BCI has set up a mechanism to trade ordinary shares. See the templates attached for buying or selling ordinary shares. Ordinary shares are limited and will give shareholders the right to purchase new water shares in the upcoming capital raising, and to have access to water from the scheme should it proceed.
Farmers wishing to take part in the scheme or requiring further shares should apply for ordinary shares using the attached form. The BCI Board will decide if the applicant's property falls within the distribution area and if it does will attempt to arrange a trade with any sellers of shares.
If you hold ordinary shares in BCI and do not wish to proceed with the scheme you should use the attached template to sell shares.
BCI is acting as an intermediary and does not guarantee that there will be a market for those shares or that any price will be achievable for the shares.
